I love it when the mountains almost look like they've been painted into the photo. Beautiful!
Lovely November haze! You're right about the mountains looking like paintings.
Awesome! The blue haze looks pretty in my mind.
Blessings,Ruth
Beautiful photo. Also loved the birds in your previous post.
I like the haze. It makes the mountains look like they've been painted on the sky.
Sort of soft and delicate. I really like it. Saint Rita would be happy. Who is St. Rita anyway?
If I didn't mention it before; too lazy to go back and look if I commented - I really enjoyed the burrowing owl post.
It almost gives it a make-believe look. Very cool.
he mountains look GREAT in the haze. They seem mysterious. ;-) Happy sky watching!
Hi Kathie,
As usual, another great photo. Love the way that the hills fade into the background!
Have a good weekend
Very beautiful naturescape.
Happy SW Friday!
The backdrop has a really surreal haze. Beautifully done.
Blue, blue mountains. I love what the atmosphere and light does to color.
That looks like a wonderful place to take in the skies!
Great photography as always. Thanks for sharing.
The haze causes the mountains to like like a mirage, or distant clouds.
Happy skywatch!
I like the colors that the mountains appear....all those blue shades. Pretty!
Those receeding mountains look mystical, and the foreground is so sharp-focus - such contrast!
Even the haze is pretty with your skills.

Such a painter's palette of blues - lovely. I guess the cooler weather brings softness to the sky and the mountains.
So many layers of hills rising up from the plain. Beautiful.
Are those creosote bushes? I love visiting Sycamore Canyon through your blog, Kathie.
Lovely sky and mountains...beautiful desert!
Your haze is pretty, so is the sage. Happy SkyWatching,
..
Kathy there may be haze but it sure looks warm in your image!
Here, it's time again to put on the warm gloves when viewing!
Love the receding rows of blue nountains behind your landscape.
What a majestic view you have! How beautiful. Also the mountains included in your previous post are spectacular in their many layers of tiints and shades.
Kathie, just wanted to let you know I'm tagging in a meme in a post I'm putting up a bit later this afternoon. Hope you can pop on over and join in if it works for you!
Beautiful!
Cheers, Klaus
