Skywatch Friday: Tumacacori Convent Window

A blue November sky shines through this ancient window from the Tumacacori Mission convent. Green trees and utility wires are framed by the adobe and plaster walls of the past.

Photo taken 11-5-09 by Kathie Brown with the Nikon D80 70-300mm lens.

That's a fabulous SkyWatch Friday photo. Beautiful composed. I have a photo of a hawk that I took a few weeks ago. If you have the time would you pop on over and take a look at it on my post? I need help with identifying it. Thanks Kathie.

Nicely done on the photo. Nice to see another Nikon user. I use my wife's D80 sometimes with 70-300 VR lens. It is a potent combo.

I personally like this photograph the best on Skywatch Friday this week. This image has composition, nice blue sky and an idea behind it. Kewelopolis! I certainly wish I could go to your show in AZ. Oh well maybe in my next lifetime. tee hee

I love this, Kathie -- and I am so glad to hear you have three pictures in the show. Are these paintings you've shared on your blog?
